Description
Rediscover nature in this unforgettable place. The Colț Verde 1 LogCabin is hidden in the forests of the Getic Plateau, Slăvuța village, Gorj.
It benefits from a living room, an open-space attic bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom and wood-fired heating. You can relax in a ful design in shades of turquoise and gold and enjoy the view on the terrace. The cabin has hot tub, ATVs and bikes for a fee-rental.
The cabin is suspended, built on tree branches and iron pillars, with great stability. The entire cottage is open-space, the bedroom being located in the attic. Access to it is made with the help of a ladder.
On the ground floor there is a kitchenette, equipped with a gas stove, dining area, running water, cutlery and crockery. Also on the ground floor there is a large extendable sofa, armchair, hanging rocking chair and fire-place. Guests can purchase firewood from the specially designed space under the cottage.
The bathroom is the only enclosed space inside. The terrace has a view of the valleys and hills of a special in every season. In the meadow next to the cottage you can make a barbecue.
The cottage also has electricity, wi-fi internet access and 4G signal on some mobile phone networks. Guests must arrive in Slăvuța village, Crușeț commune in Gorj county, approximately 50km from Craiova.
You can reach the cottage with an all-terrain vehicle. With a small car, it needs to be parked about 100m from the cottage, at the end of the main road. The village of Slăvuța has grocery stores, but with average supplies, so we recommend that guests keep this fact in mind.
Other things to note
We want guests to have an unforgettable experience, but given the location and the materials from which the cabin is built, extra attention is required to everything meaning fire, candles, stove, grill, which should not be left unattended.
The area is not dangerous from the point of view of the forest or wild animals.
Outside we have 2 cats and 1 dog, very friendly, walking between our two cabins.
About 500m from the cottage, on the main road, you can find the Sejarul Secular, a protected monument, and 5km away, the wooden Church of Slăvuța, one of the oldest in the country, dating from 1683.
There are also multiple trails ideal for ATV tours (available to rent for a fee) or even a car. At the property there is also a hot tub with a capacity of 4-5 people that can be reserved by guests.
