    If I subscribe to Travlocals, how will you promote me?

    To try to give all partners as much visibility as possible, our focus is on promoting the platform through the most spectacular content.

    We are present on all major channels: social media (+150,000 followers across all accounts), newsletter (+8000 client accounts registered on the platform), Google (excellent positions on the most important keywords), travel blogs, press, and media (especially business and lifestyle).

    I manage multiple accommodations. Can I list them under the same subscription?

    The Travlocals subscription is per unit, per year. Listing multiple units under the same subscription is not allowed.

    If you have an accommodation unit with multiple sub-units (e.g., rooms, bungalows, tents), they can be listed under the same subscription by listing one main unit and assigning the sub-units to it.

    If you own more than 3 accommodations that you want to list on Travlocals, contact us, and we will try to make you a personalized offer.

    Can I create the listings myself?

    Yes, you can create the listings yourself after you have paid for the Travlocals subscription. You will have your own account and full access to all platform features.

    If you need our help to create the listing, you will need to pay an additional listing fee depending on the type of services you offer. The fee is 15 Eur/unit rented in full and 30 Eur/unit rented by sub-units.

    For us to create the listings, you need to provide us with all the requested information via email. At the end, we will hand over the complete account to you so that you can verify it and make any necessary changes. Subsequently, you will be solely responsible for managing it.

    Who manages the host account?

    Each host will receive access to their account, and the responsibility for managing it will rest entirely with them.

    Can I accept bookings only by phone or WhatsApp?

    Yes, you can, but it is not recommended.

    If you want to attract quality tourists, you need to offer them the ability to book using technology, simplifying the process and saving time.

    This involves promptly updating information from the host, especially rates and availability.

    Can I redirect to my own booking system?

    Yes, if you use a channel manager or have your own booking system, we can redirect so that the client books through them, without you needing to update anything on our platform.

    Are the bookings commission-free?

    In the new partnership model, the host will have direct contact displayed so tourists can book outside the platform, commission-free.

    If the tourist wishes to book through the platform, with Travlocals guaranteeing payment security, the booking will be commissioned at 10% of the total value.

    The commission will be covered by the client.

    Thus, the host will not have to bear any additional costs, regardless of how the tourist chooses to book.
