Description
Casa Klein is an old Saxon homestead, built in 1768, in the hearth of Meșendorf village, Bunești commune, Brașov county, just a few steps from the famous Rupea Citadel, Viscri village, Sighisoara Citadel.
The story began in 2015, when we determined to bring these houses back to life. A process of refurbishment and restoration followed. The final goal was to offer tourists a new landmark of traditional architecture and to introduce the property into the local niche tourist circuit.
We have officially opened the doors of Casa Klein and offer guests two houses on the courtyard, a dining room, a generous courtyard and a garden with fruit trees that gets lost in the centuries-old woods that surround us.
The Klein house has two houses in the yard, the small house (1768) and the big house (1902), where every old piece of wood or reused stone carries an old story, which comes back to life with the traditional restoration of the house. Each house has an apartment equipped with its own bathroom. So, our accommodation capacity is 8 people.
