Description
We offer for rent a property, exclusively for a single group, self-catering regime. Positioned in a beautiful landscape, outside the hustle and bustle of the city, on the DN73 road between Rasnov and Bran, it is the perfect place from which you can explore the whole area.
Outside the house you will find a generous terrace above a pond with koi carp, with a covered bar and barbecue. From here you can admire both the lake near the house and the surrounding mountains (Bucegi, Piatra Craiului). There are 2 bicycles offered for free at the location. In the evening you can enjoy a campfire in the specially arranged place or a bath in the hot water tub. These are charged separately. Inside you will discover a generous space for activities, specially designed to implement various creative projects, as well as for relaxation and fun. Library, video projector, Playstation, professional audio system, various games, workbench. The space has a bathroom with a shower and a studio with a kitchenette. For sleeping, there is a double bed in the workshop, an extendable couch in the 2nd room and another double bed in the open-space attic.
The Hobbit-style house can be rented as an extra option for 2 more people.
