If you have an accommodation that you rent out per room or per separate units, you should know that you have multiple options for setting the price.

These options can be found in the Pricing section, after accessing the editing panel of the sublisting (room, tent, etc.).

Here you will be able to set the base price and specify whether it includes breakfast, half-board, full-board or none.

*Note! Different meal types cannot be set for different rooms within the same unit (hotel, resort, guesthouse, etc.). The last selection automatically applies to all sub-units (rooms, apartments, bungalows, etc.).

You will also have the ability to set additional fees or discounts for a certain number of nights.

 

Extra Charge

 

Here we have multiple options for adding additional fees, if necessary:

 

  • one-time - a fee that is paid once for the entire stay (cleaning fee);
  • per night - a fee that is paid for each night;
  • per guest - a fee that is paid for each guest, with a separate rate for adults and children;
  • per item - a fee that is paid for each selected item (e.g. bicycles);
  • per night/guest - a fee that is paid for each night and each guest, with a separate rate for adults and children.

 

  • mandatory - the function determines whether the extra fee is automatically calculated into the rate (e.g. cleaning fee) or optional (e.g. jacuzzi fee).

 

Enable Discounts

 

This function allows you to add discounts for a minimum number of reserved nights.

For example, you can add a 10% discount for a minimum of 3 reserved nights and a 15% discount for a minimum of 5 reserved nights.

The system will calculate as follows:

- for 2 reserved nights, no discount will be applied;

- for 3-4 reserved nights, a 10% discount will be applied for all nights;

- for +5 reserved nights, a 15% discount will be applied for all nights.
