For an accommodation that is rented entirely, the "Content" segment includes the following editable passages:
Title: the name of the accommodation;
Location: only the locality is entered in this field, not the exact address;
Description: the description of the accommodation:
- it is preferable to be an original description;
- email addresses, phone numbers, websites or references to any other external sources are not accepted;
Max. Capacity: number of guests | number of rooms | number of beds | number of bathrooms;
Booking Type:
- By Units: properties that are rented by various secondary units (rooms, apartments, cabins, bungalows, etc.);
- Entirely: accommodations that are rented entirely;

Switching between the two booking types, completely changes the layout and configuration of the listing. The entire listing will have to be rechecked.
Gallery: adding, deleting, changing photo order;
Featured Image: the main image (can be different from the first photo in the gallery);
Check-in/out Time
- time for check-in: it is connected to the refund manager. The number of hours/days with which a cancellation can be made in advance of the check-in time is calculated based on the check-in hour, and the amount of the refund is calculated accordingly, depending on the cancellation policy set by the host;
- time for check-out;
- Minimum advance reservation: establishes how many days in advance a reservation can be made;
- Minimum stay: the minimum duration (in number of nights) of the stay. You can choose whether it applies only to weekends or in general;
Rental Policy: you can choose from predefined settings or add new rules;
Booking Policy
- Cancellation: you can choose from predefined modes (Flexible | Moderate | Strict | Ultra Strict);
- Payment: with Travlocals, all payments are made in advance at the time of booking;
