Are you looking for a dream holiday in Bucovina? Pensiunea “La Moara” is waiting for you for a holiday or just a traditional getaway which you will not forget. Here, we created a piece of heaven, in a marvelous meadow, surrounded by towering birches.
We chose traditional Romanian architecture so that the authenticity and good taste create a true Romanian rural experience. As soon as you walk through our door, you will make contact with the Bucovina traditions and culture, which are becoming more and more famous not only in Romania. You will be more fulfilled and calm when you leave us because, this is the gift Pensiunea “La Moara” from Bucovina is giving you.
No matter the season, Fundul Moldovei offers numerous options of entertainment. We are located near to the ski slopes and herds which will encourage you discover true freedom. Rarau Mountain is perfect for hiking, climbing and other mountain sports. We also offer bicycles (for free) and playgrounds for the children.
Meals
When you get hungry, our chefs will enter the room. We are creating each day menus based on traditional local recipes, reinterpreted in the most spectacular manner. We only use good quality products, grown by our neighbours, supporting the local community and giving our guests the chance to taste some culinary delights they can only find in Bucovina.
Our pantry is also ready, welcoming you with different jams, good to taste on warm pita with butter. Our locally-made syrups with forest fruits, added to water will quench the thirst.
Our lunches and dinners contain: soup, main course, dessert, water (still or sparkling) and house beverages (afinata, tuica, wine). Each meal is 50 lei for person and the children accompanied by parents can eat for free. Breakfast is included in the accommodation price.
Capacity
Pensiunea “La Moara” has 19 accommodation places, in 6 double rooms, a triple room and 2 apartments, each having its own bathroom. In need, we can add extra (folding) beds for the kids. If needed, the double rooms can be rented as singles, the charge being smaller in this situation.
