Welcome to our first location, where you can experience the perfect blend of old and new. We have restored the 60-year-old Old House for up to 6 people and built the New Cottage in the same yard, which can accommodate up to 2 people, with a maximum capacity of 8 people.
Located at an altitude of 1060m, our property offers a breathtaking view of the mountains. You'll have your own parking lot and hot tub included in the price.
The Old House has been restored while retaining many of its original elements, with modifications that offer contemporary comfort. The traditional apartment on the ground floor has two rooms and a shared bathroom, equipped with a Smart TV and satellite. The apartment opens onto a terrace where you can admire the stunning landscape. On the attic floor, you'll find a spacious room with its own bathroom featuring a bathtub, Smart TV + satellite, and air conditioning.
The ground floor apartment includes two double bedrooms with 160*2m beds, a shared bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen (glass ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, crockery, etc.). It is perfect for a group of 4 people.
The attic is a true gem, with a large glass window serving as the facade that offers an extraordinary view of the mountains. This cozy space is perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 people.
