The constructed area of the villa is 450 square meters, and it is positioned at an altitude of 1350 meters between the Bucegi Mountains and Piatra Craiului Mountains.
The 3800 square meters of land feature a lovely garden with a direct view of the mountains in the front and a small forest at the rear.
The villa comprises a spacious living room, three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, two bedrooms connected by one bathroom, and two bedrooms with separate bathrooms.
Facilities include a fitness room, a table tennis setup, an outdoor barbecue area, a small basketball court, archery equipment, an indoor pizza wood oven, and a swimming pool during the summer.
Access to the property is available from the road connecting Brasov to Pitesti.
Given the altitude and the incline of the access road, during winter, it is necessary to have high-performance winter tires or a 4x4 traction system to reach the destination.
The distance to Bran Castle is 22 km, and Brasov is 45 km away.

Una dintre cele mai spectaculoase cazari din Romania
Vila ne-a depasit asteptarile, in special, prin peisajele fabuloase, care se vedeau prin fiecare fereastra, la 360 grade. In partea din fata este o panorama superba asupra Bucegilor. In partea din spate se vede printre coline Piatra Craiului. Initial, am crezut ca vila este amplasata intre case, dar este destul de retrasa, pe o colina. Este doar o stana langa si gospodaria proprietarilor, probabil. Foarte bine utilata, atat la interior, cat si la exterior. Totul calitativ. Gazdele foarte primitoare. Ni s-a permis si un late check-out pentru ca nu se caza nimeni in ziua respectiva. Atentie la drum pe timp de iarna. Noi am fost de 01 Dec. Zapada era foarte mare, gheata pe dedesubt, drumul abrupt. Nu am reusit sa ajungem cu toate masinile, dar cu cauciucuri noi, s-a reusit urcarea inclusiv cu tractiune spate. Masinile care nu au reusit sa urce au fost lasate pe drum, mai jos, unde am gasit loc, fara a incurca accesul altora.
