If you are looking for the perfect place to recharge your batteries, having all the comfort and privacy one may possibly need, then you found it. Hidden Hills Villa is ideal for a weekend getaway but also for a long term holiday as the property is ultra equipped to meet all desires.
The house is situated on a hill, on 20.000sq m of land, is surrounded by forest and the first neighbour is at 300m distance. The property is located 15km from Ploiesti, it has a partial panorama on the city, is in a quiet locality, has asphalt road, private till the property and it was used only for holidays.
It has 3 main bedrooms at the second floor, each with a private bathroom, a dressing and a balcony. There are 2 additional bedrooms at the ground level, one with regular bed size in the form of 2 mattresses, one above the other, and another one with one extensible sofa and one regular sofa. These two share a common bathroom.
At the first floor, there is a spacious living room coupled with a dinning room, both sharing a fireplace, an ultra modern kitchen with all you may need in order to cook, a dressing, a bathroom and an indoor swimming pool prepared with a big dinning space, audio system, as well as with an outdoor space with sun beds, great for tanning sessions.
You can have your meal in two dinning areas, in the kitchen, on the terrace, as a picnic or near the lake. In the garden, you can discover an exquisite flora, can go for walks, lay near the lake, listen to crickets, or go grab an apple.
The property is ideal for recharging your batteries, having all the comfort and privacy one may possibly need. Wi-Fi is available.

Locatie excelenta pentru relaxare
Locatie excelenta pentru a petrece timpul alaturi de prieteni sau familie. Dotari foarte bune, spatiu comun generos si bine compartimentat.
Propriatatea are o curte mare cu o priveliste minunata, si este situata departe de alte proprietati, zona linistita..
Comunicare foarte buna cu gazda.
