Description
The traditional house, 100 years old, specific to the Valea Doftanei area, was restored in 2023 while preserving its architecture and traditional elements.
It is available for full rental, accommodating 10 guests (max. 8 adults) in 5 double rooms.
The house has 4 bedrooms with double beds (3 on the ground floor and one in the attic) and 2 bathrooms.
The barn next to the house includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and an attic bedroom with a large bed measuring 200 x 200 cm.
In the spacious 2000 square meter yard, you will find a gazebo with a barbecue, an enameled cast-iron cauldron with a stove, a designated campfire area, hammocks, soccer goals, a tennis net, a small house in the huge walnut tree next to the house, and a playground for the children.
The Doftana River is just a 3-minute walk from the house, with hiking trails through the surrounding forests.

The property is located in a residential area, so it is necessary to keep quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.

Experiența a fost minunată
Weekendul trecut am avut bucuria de a petrece câteva zile de vis la Valea Doftanei, în această căsuță de 110 ani, recondiționată cu mare grijă și bun gust. Locație pe care am descoperit-o complet întâmplător. Experiența a fost minunată și asta se va observa din rândurile de mai jos!
Casa este un amestec perfect de tradițional și modern. Fiecare detaliu este bine gândit, cei care s-au ocupat de renovare, au reușit să păstreze farmecul original, dar totodată, să ofere tot confortul modern necesar.
Ne-am simțit ca acasă, având la dispoziție tot ce ne-am dorit – de la bucătărie complet echipată, la paturi confortabile și băi impecabile.
Un alt aspect deosebit a fost liniștea din curte și din împrejurimi. Nu am fost deranjați de nimic și am reușit să ne relaxăm complet. Este locul perfect pentru a scăpa de agitația orașului și a te reconecta cu natura. Sau de ce nu, a deveni mai sportiv. În grădină te poți relaxa pe șezlong sau poți schimba câteva pase de fotbal, ba chiar, poți juca volei sau badmington. Ai ce să faci, cu siguranță nu te vei plictisi aici.
Există și un foișor, iar aici ne-am petrecut timpul pregătind cel mai gustos grătar. E predispus cu toate cele necesare. Iar la câțiva metri de foișor, în iarbă, după asfințit, am aprins câteva lemne și am stat de jur împrejur pe băncuțele de lemn și ne-am holbat la stele.
Deși nu mai suntem copii, ne-am bucurat foarte tare atunci când am descoperit căsuța din copac, cu tobogan pe care îl pot folosi pentru a se da jos din căsuță.
Am fost înconjurați de natură și am avut parte de liniște și aer curat. Am profitat de frumusețea locului și am mers la lacul din apropiere (Paltinu) pentru a înota și a experimenta plimbarea cu SUP (standup padel), o experiență revigorantă și relaxantă. Zona este extrem de curată, iar peisajele sunt, pur și simplu, minunate.
Recomand cu căldură această căsuță de la Valea Doftanei oricui își dorește un weekend liniștit, cu relaxare și natură! Cu siguranță este un loc în care vom reveni!
