Description
Welcome to Avalanche Chalet, at the foot of the Piatra Craiului mountains!
The ideal place to spend your vacation in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The Plaiul Foii area is naturally protected by the mountain ridges, and the tranquility is disturbed only by the water of the Bârsa River that flows along the valley.
With a simplistic air, the cottage was lovingly worked by skilled craftsmen, being built in the style of the chalets that dot the Alps, with the carpenters involved in the woodworking in the smallest details.
The cottage has 2 levels, namely the ground floor and the first floor with an interior attic, and has separate entrances, there being no routes and common spaces, thus allowing the rental in the following variants:
- Entire ground floor - maximum capacity 4 adults + 4 children (0 – 14 years)*
The ground floor consists of 2 rooms, living room, 1 bathroom, open space kitchen, covered outdoor terrace of 40m² and can accommodate 4 adults and 4 children (0 – 14 years)*.
Each room has a double bed and 2 children's beds.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, crockery, cutlery.
* the kitchen does not have a cooking machine.
* not rented for less than 2 nights.
* children over the age of 14 will be accommodated as adults.

The first floor consists of 3 rooms, living room, 1 master bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 half bathroom, open space kitchen, covered outdoor terrace of 40m², open attic and can accommodate 6 adults and 4 children (0-14 years)*, the children's beds being in the attic.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, crockery, cutlery.

In the area there are numerous tourist attractions such as the Piatra Craiului National Park, Zărnești Cliffs, Libearty Bear Reserve, Botorog Fountain, Colțul Chiliilor Monastery, Râșnov Citadel, Bran Castle.
For fun and a boost of adrenaline, we offer you the following leisure activities: the set of high-altitude installations in Wolf Park Adventure, a trip to the world of dinosaurs at Dino Parc Râșnov, horse riding, renting ATVs or bicycles, flying from Aerodrom Piatra Craiului Zărnești, mountain trails, hiking, mountain bike trails.
